So today was my biggest NSV to date! a 12 minute mile! Back in febuary I would have died tried to walk uphill never mind jogging the entire time. I went 3 miles this morning, and I don't feel like death (yet) Might try again tonight. :) but you know, with bright "oh dear god you're blinding me neon yellow" shirt so no one hits me. :D

Who wants to do a booty bump with me?

Way to go!! That's awesome! Can't wait until I can walk, jog a little....and 3 miles! Whew, most I've ever done is 2 and that's been yearsssssssssss ago! Thinking I might head out and get a little walking done myself before the rain hits. Happy Monday! Sherry

HEY! I did that too! went back to the gym after taking a break for a month and half. I ran a mile in 13 minutes. I am damn proud. better mile than when I was working out before. Keep up the good work!
