Want Us to READ Your Post? Be SPECIFIC in the Title

I know that when I post to OH I really value and want those in the community to READ my post and respond.  I am sure that others who post here would also like us to respond to their post.  Herein lies a problem.  If I see a post that just says "Help!" or "This Can't Be!" or "Depressed", I don't know 1.) what your issue is, and 2.) if I actually have the knowledge or experiences to help you.

Sometimes I don't have time to read through all of the posts.  But, I would like to be able to respond to those that I know I had something of value to add.  I know how important your insight has been to me and I like to give back when I can.

So PLEASE... when you post, add a little detail... like... "Help, I have a Pain on my Left side", or "This can't be - I've gained 5 Pounds since Surgery", or "Depressed Since I am no Longer Able to Eat Sweets"...  This gives those of us who may have gone through similar experiences, but don't have a lot of time right now, some insight into whether we can help.

Thanks for listening!  Pam
