Update on Pre Op Gain Freak out

Thanks for everyone's responses regarding the 9 pounds I need to lose before surgery...

I actually emailed my surgeon and he replied back that he did not expect me to lose 9 pounds in 9 days - but that I needed to try my best and not gain or lose nothing. 

I promised him that I would make every effort to do so!!
