Has anyone had RNY & Federal BCBS of Oregon - Standard Option?

Just wondering what the out of pocket was...  I have to pay the doc a $450.00 copay and also $500 for a class.  Just wondering if there is anything else that I need to prepare for (moneywise)... 

I have federal in NC dr co pay 564.00 and hospital stay 180 a night for 2 nights. If I stay over 2 nights I pay max 180 they cover the rest. I have sleep apnea was tested for it had to pay 75 for the overnight study and 500 for the machine. Office visits to primary for 3 month weight check 25 a visit. Good luck!

I don't know how the plans differ from state to state, but I have Federal BCBS of Texas and I only had to pay my hospital copay of $600 plus about $150 for the EGD I had to have done.  Good luck with your surgery!
