NSV! Weeee!

I'm 4 weeks post op as of yesterday. Today was my first day back at the gym. Up until now I've been walking around the house and my neighborhood, running lots of errands for people just so I'm up and moving. When I started going to the gym this past summer I was doing 5-7mins on the treadmill about 3 times with breaks in between. It was all I could handle. Today I went and did 30mins/1.2miles all at once. It was a joke and I felt like I could have easily done more but per my trainers instructions I didn't want to over do it my first day back. My heart rate was significantly lower... like 30-35bpm lower. This was a pretty awesome milestone for me. Just thought i'd share!

Congrats!!
