I bought some SF instant puddings. For those that use it, how much protein powder do you use to make yours? There are 2 cups of milk needed to make the pudding so 2 scoops of powder? And when do you add the powder...with the dry mix and milk or what?

I add one scoop of chocolate to the French vanilla dry mix. Add the two cups of milk and shake like heck in a plastic container to mix if up and refrigerate. Love it!

Use Jell-O Instant Pudding (Not Cooked) 4 servings package.

Measure 2 cups of cold milk in a bowl.

Add two scoops of Protein Powder to the two cups of cold milk.

Thoroughly mix Protein Powder with the milk by shaking or stirring.

Then put the Jell-O Instant (Not Cooked) Dry Pudding Mix into a bowl.

Add the Protein Powder and milk mixture.

Mix Well. Chill and Enjoy!

You can also play with flavors for a change.

Thanks! When I made it, I just mixed it all together at the same time. It's ok. I think the different taste is more the SF and I'm not used to it yet. Next time, I'll mix the protein with the milk first.

I add cocoa powder to the chocolate SF pudding to help with the flavor and cover the Protein powder taste. It helps! and no added sugar. Also, I add pumpkin puree to vanilla SF pudding. yum!
