No dumping...
Dumping is overrated. Not an experience I'd wish on anyone. And even when you dump, it's not a guarantee that it'll keep you off the "naughty foods". I dumped early on but my threshold has changed over time, so for me to dump now requires very high fat & very high sugar and quantities that I have no good reason to eat.... But I could always make the choice to deal with the symptoms. So, it's not a fool-proof deterrant....

Be glad you don't! Yes you have to use more self control but it also means you can relax a bit when mistakes are made and not worry about being sick. You don't have to be sugar free for the rest of your life. You can have that little slice of cake at a party or enjoy a candy cane at Christmas without worrying you'll get dizzy and fall on the floor. I have a huge list of foods I most likely will never be able to eat again and it sucks.
