What to drink?!
Considering all I could drink for the first 4-6 weeks post op was Crystal Light Lemonade and since then all I've been drinking is water, skim milk and the occasional diet ginger ale when my tummy bothers me... I'm getting really bored. I used to drink diet iced tea but it tastes funny to me now. I am dying for some Hawaiian Punch Fruit Punch but uh... yeah, no. Anyone ever try the Crystal Light Fruit Punch? Or any suggestions on something similar (that doesn't taste like Kool Aid)? Also, I think I want to look into some of those fruity protein shakes so I'd take any suggestions for those too. I know all those awesome websites everyone posts on where to find them and such, just looking for recommendation on flavors! :) Thanks!
I guess my refined tastes don't know the difference between fruit punch and kool-aid. But Mio has a fruit punch flavoring that I really like. You can use as much, or as little, as you like.

Hot herbal no caffeine tea. It comes in many flavors and the warmth is soothing on a grouchy stomach. Celestial Seasonings has one of the largest selections.
Mio's pretty good, and I just saw that Dasani has a new flavor additive out. I have not tried it though.

I drink the Crystal Lite fruit punch all the time. I really like it. I also like the orange flavored Crystal Lite. Otherwise, I just add a lot of lemon to my water. I want to try the pink lemonade from Special K because it has five grams of protein a serving, but have not been able to find it locally.
