Got my date FINALLY!!!!

Yesterday was the last day of my six month diet with the bariatric center. So surgery has been scheduled for April 22nd!!! I go March 25th for Pre-op class and then sign consents on March 26th. I have to have a Pre-op exam by the pcp and have to have an IVC filter placed here in the next few weeks. I will schedule that with the vascular surgeon on March 13th when I see him for the consult. (I am high risk for blood clots since I was diagnosed with one in December).

I just can't believe it's finally about here and I have made it so far!!

Mine is April 8th and I go March 21st for pre-ops.

Congrats to you girls as well!!! My bariatric center did call and told me the surgery date was changed to the 24th because he wanted me to be the first case. Which is only another two days, so it's ok lol.
