Does this seem normal?
Ha! That made me laugh! People are just starting to notice I've lost weight - which is nice, but it does seem kind of on the slow side. My worry is that if I'm losing this slow - I won't make my goal during the "honeymoon" period. I really can't imagine that I'm doing anything wrong - so I try not to worry about it, but I see people complaining whom have lost a lot more than me!
It's all subjective. Depending on how much excess weight you need to lose plus individual body metabolism the speed even of those in similar weights will vary.
If I calculated correctly you are about 15 1/2 weeks post-op which means you are averaging slightly over 3 lbs per week. The weekly average is 3-5 lbs. Keep following your plan, and try not to focus on the numbers but being healthy.
Determine how much weight you need to lose then figure out what percentage of your excess you have lost....that is more indicative of how well you are doing.
