For the past 4 or 5 years I have had to depend on my wonderful husband to plant and maintain my garden. Today I was able to help him with the planting. I feel so good and I didn't run out of air. I actually bent over for several minutes and didn't feel like passing out. I have lost 65 lbs.,I can hardly tell when I look in the mirror, but you know what-----I felt the loss today. Doin' the "happy dance" I am so proud of myself.

Way to go.  I'm starting to see those kinds of things - can do so much more.  Congrats - I'm doing the happy dance with you,

How cool! I garden too, and it is much easier now. Congrats

This is a cool NSV. If you are thinking about it, imagine lifting 65 pounds (I couldn't do it) or wearing a 65 pound backpack around all day.

I'm in big trouble --- I turned my back on my weeds. I'm going to have to get out there with a machete!

Congratulations on 65 hard-lost pounds!
