Hi Everyone! 

I couldn't help but post!  I had RNY on 3/12/13.  My weight the day before surgery was 236.  I lost 5 lbs right before surgery  -  so my heaviest was 241.

 

TODAY I AM 197.4!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I am in shock and cannot believe that I am doing it.  I so appreciate all of everyones love and encouragement on Obesity help.  To everyone *****ads this, I wish you the best of luck too.  We all can do this!

Yayyy! Congrats!

That is amazing....I had surgery April 2 and am into my new weightloss life, I have lost 41 since my optifast started 3 weeks prior to my surgery.....I am stuck now, I am at 221, 222, 220, 223...driving me crazy.  Eating so much less, doing what I am to do but it wont get out of the 220's.....................anyone else find this with their weightloss?

I did have a bit of a stall at about weeks 5 - 7.  Hang in there!  You will see the scale moving again.  WOW 41 lbs!  EXCELLENT!  For every lb you lose is equal to 4 sticks of butter. 

So...  You have lost 164 sticks of butter my friend!  That's a lot of butter!

Congratulations! What part of Oregon are you from? I live in Texas now, but am originally from Oregon. Grew up about 1 1/2 hour south of Eugene. In Winston. Miss the green everyday, as I live in the desert now. Great job on your loss!

I had my surgery on 3/14, just two days after yours.
