BEST NSV's always comes from your children!!

I was giving my daughter (who is 9) a hug and she said, "Mom, I can easily get my arms around you".  Eek, melted my heart and brought tears to my eyes!!!  This morning my hubby gave me a hug and said, "you are getting so tiny".  I still have quite a bit to go but still so nice to hear that.  My reply was, can you imagine how "tiny" I am going to be when I am down another 50?  lol

I was .4 away from being down -50 this morning, I am going to ROCK that -50 next official weigh-in.

Those are the BEST NSVs ever!!! CONGRATS!!!!

They certainly are!!  Reminds me of why I had the RNY -- to become healthier and the ability to do more things with my kids.
