16 Weeks Post op with pic !!!!!

So I'm 16 weeks post op and down 72lbs!!!!

I can feel my confidence building and I feel much more comfortable going out in public. I'm just so grateful that I was able to have this surgery! Starting weight was 287 and I'm currently 215 and i'm 5'10. I Just wanted to update my OH family with a recent picture!

Forgot to add this picture, my hair is falling out but I'll take that if I have this chance to become healthy!!

 

 

Wow you look Wonderful...Beautiful lady. I had the RNY Jan 21st...I am doing well have lost around 65 lbs. I feel great. Now to the Pool. What date did you have your surgery? Keep it up

Hi Monica! I had my surgery on Feb 5th with Dr.Boone of ALSA, congrats on your 65lb weight loss! That's amazing!!! Hasn't the journey been amazing? In the beginning I definitely had buyers remorse but not anymore! Best of luck to you and keep up the amazing work!!

WOW you look amazing, If you dont mind what are you doing? eating I am 2 1/2  months out and could use all the help 

We are about the same. I am 5 11 and just past six months I am down to 193 size 12 from 281 size 22. You look fantastic! Congrats!

You look stunning!  Funny how size differs so much - I weigh 191, and wear a size 16 - but I am 5'1.  Envious of you tall people!!!
