5 Month Update with Pic

Haven't been on here much because I have been busy with my blog and FB group, but wanted to pop in and give an update. Weight loss has slowed a bit, but I am still losing so that is great.  I am going to the gym 5 days a week and doing 45 minutes to an hour a day and just added in strength training.  I am going to give it a couple weeks and see how the weight is going and then maybe I will need to play with the calories I am eating.  Right now, I average between 800-900.

You look amazing! :) You should be extremely proud of yourself for making this choice and for all of your hard work and determination. I am going to be getting surgery soon and I hope I am as successful as you are. :) Once again, you look awesome girlie!
