Tylenol okay?

So I woke up this morning coughing with a terrible headache and basically feeling awful all over. I'm pretty sure it's okay to take Tylenol but I thought I would check first. Tylenol?

It is okay as long as it's okay. It was recalled so many times that the shelves at the local pharmacies stopped making space for where it should go. I hesitate to take it now for that very reason. Who knows when it will be recalled again.
