I think it's great, you started out relatively small or as some put it a "lightweight" and because you did not have that much to lose, the losses will be smaller. Would you have done that on any other program?? Definitely not.....as I had to learn...enjoy the process, you are making healthy habits to last a life time...it's no small feat.
Take care of yourself and just stick to basics :)
