Loss
Just wanted to chide in and let everyone know I have reached my second goal, 100 lbs lost. I am 6.5 months out and have 19 more lbs to go. I am so happy I had the surgery. My life has changed so much. I am off my heart meds, blood pressure meds, lung meds, and insulin. I am only taking 1000mg Metformin and my sugar is under control for over a month now. I have had a great summer as I haven't perspired hardly at all. Even when it was in the 90's, it is such a relief. I actually have gone swimming at least once every week all summer, this I couldn't do in the past. My blood came back perfect. Actually my Vitamin D was on the high side and my B12 was elevated. Dr. cut down my doses for them.Thank you all for the support you gave me before and after surgery.

Wow! To lose 100 pounds in less than seven months is amazing. We're of similar size--may I ask how you did it? :-) Are you a workout maniac? What is your calorie count at this point in the journey? Inquiring minds want to know!

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
