Two weeks ago I posted that I was able to get into a 24 pant. Happy to say its now a 22 pant. So very happy with my TOOL and how it is helping me on my journey. Its so cool to know if the scale is in a stall, that dont mean your not loseing. Its just in a different way. Loveing my new way of liveing. It is so worth all that we have to go through, to get where we want and need to be to be hralthy. Thank You OH and all the Vets and newbees. You are all a great support system.
