27g of carbohydrate with 25g of those coming from sugar?   (full fat milk has 11g carbs) Then you add peanut butter and raspberries?

I think you need to consider some nutrition classes ...

I think you should consider checking your stats before you make assumptions because the milk has 12g of carbs for 1 cup and I put 1/2 cup. If my math skills don't escape me I think that's 6g of carbs for the milk.

Thanks for the constructive comment/advice

I'm sure of what I read - carbohydrate count for 1 cup of Quebon Chocolate Milk 27g of which 25 are sugar ...

Instead of trying to justify what you did by questioning the facts I found very easily, maybe you could consider taking your own advice and checking the stats?   Drinking this once today will do you no harm, but if you make a habit of it because you think it is ok, you may well be sabotaging your weight loss and future goals.   It would be a great shame to have this surgery and not lose the weight, wouldn't it?

I have nothing to lose in this, I've lost all my weight and maintained that loss for 9 years - I'm only hoping the same success for you ...

Quebon No sugar added Splenda sweetened chocolate milk has 12 grams of carbs/sugars  per cup according to their website. I think you must have looked at the regular chocolate milk by mistake.

What's it to you, Heidi?   I have no problem with apologising when I am incorrect.   Are you confusing me with you by any chance?

My bad ...  I apologise.

My opinion on dressing up protein shakes with peanut butter and raspberries still stands and I honestly believe that there are better choices to be made for your future success.

Good luck!
