The 50 pound mark!!!

It is official,  I am 5.5 weeks out and have met the 50 pound mark!!!!  I never could have done this without my tool.  I like the person I am becoming.  I am a more active mom, I feel in control over food, exercise daily, and I actually miss exercise on the days where I don't get it in.  This is an AMAZING journey, an AMAZING surgery and an AMAZING transformation.  Thank you all for your support!

That is super! You are losing 10 lbs a week!?! Or did you lose any pre-op that counts in that? 
I have been told that the heavier folks tend to lose a lot, very fast, so there is a benefit for you! 

YAY FOR YOU!!  I bet you are just THRILLED beyond words!

    

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman.  I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Thanks!  Yeah, 7 pounds were lost in the week leading up to surgery.  I also stalled for 12 days.
