Gas X Strips
It's a frigging miracle in a foil wrapper.
Today is the first time that I've experienced this horrible feeling since my surgery a year ago... it felt like I had an inflated balloon in my chest it was terrible. I have seen many people post about how amazing these strips are so I went and bought some. I took two in the car at Walgreens. By the time I got back to the resort maybe 7 mins later (I'm on vacation in Orlando, FL) I felt like a completely different person. I see why people swear by these now. Holy cow.

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
