Birthday Date Today
SO my fellas, Hubby and son, took me out to eat and to a movie today because it's my birthday!!!!!! I took my own food to Buffalo Wild Wings. I didn't feel slighted or left out! I started eating after the waitress took their order and we all finished eating at the same time. (30 minutes to eat 2 oz of food is getting easier!) Then we went to the movie theater. They got snacks there and I just drank my water throughout the show. I did well! When the movie was over and we were on our way home I reflected back on those food moments.......... Maybe I was a little tense and uncomfortable after all- but I had strength from somewhere..... The real test is to build on this momentum and make it last a lifetime. I can NEVER go back to the human eating machine I once was. I cannot be weak for even a second or it will all come crumbling down. I am going to hold on to these moments as long as I can and make it work for me in the future!

I had a great day today! Now my dog and I are snuggled up watching tv, while the guys are in the living room watching FOOTBALL!
