I am three weeks post op and about to go to LA for a week for work. I am going to pack single serve protein packages, and I am also eating lean proteins so I know I can always find eggs at breakfast and chicken or fish at lunch/dinner. So hell yes I would say go and soak up some sun for all of us! Now, if you are going to an all-inclusive, you will have to be hyper vigilant and not pay attention to everyone else eating two plates of food plus desserts at every meal. But hopefully you will be so comfortable in a bathing suit that you will have excellent willpower!
