Finally Meeting My Surgeon!

I finally get to meet my surgeon tomorrow after all of the other dr/psych/dietician appointments and classes!  He is like the Wizard of Oz he's so hard to get to! Anyways, I wanted to see if you guys have any advice on what questions to ask him when I see him.  I have several already, but were there any questions you wished you had asked beforehand? Thanks for the help!
