Hey Dawn,

Eons ago, you posted a chart that was a realistic expectation that one could expect to lose/or should lose to "be on track."  After losing 12 lbs in 9 days...my body didnt lose anything on days 10 and 11. I wondered if I was "still on track."

I found your post. It put my mind at ease.

This morning, two lbs were gone!  Yay!

Thank you for posting this informative and beneficial chart. It is now hanging on the fridge!

Best wishes!

Just don't get discouraged when/if you are no longer "on track"....  Everyone is different!

14 years out; 190 pounds lost, 165 pound loss maintained

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

Thanks!  The first few days were a wonderful dream. Every morning I was 2-3 lbs lighter.  And then it stopped for 2 days.  And all off a sudden, that fear that comes from numerous failed diets just made my blood run cold.

But between dawns charge and the encouragement from others...I see that I am ok.

I was a slower loser...This chart helped me not feel so down. You may lose way faster.  I was not told to watch carbs by my centre so that might have accounted for the fact!

Everyone is different

Thanks so much for reposting this chart. I love it! I'm also a slow loser and I'm right on target with weight loss! I feel hopeful again! Thanks!
