So, I am 2 days under being 5 months post op and am officially down 100 pounds!!!!  I can't believe it, and I feel fantastic.  Food no longer controls me, nor do I deprive myself and I love working hard and sweating.  My entire life, I have imagined what it would feel like if I could just lose 100 pounds, and I never thought that I would know what this feeling is like.  Surprisingly, aside from having more energy, and feeling more alive, healthy and confident, I don't feel all that much different.  I feel like people are seeing me for me and not my waistline.

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

Thank you everyone for your support!  As far as how many carbs, calories etc...I honestly don't count them much.  I stick to protein and always eat it first.  I don't cook carb side dishes any more, because I know the protein is plenty to fill me up.  I average 800-1000 calories a day.  I exercise for an hour an an hour and a half 5 days a week, alternating between Zumba, Spin and working with a personal trainer.
