My stupid scale will show me down three pounds one day and back up three the next. I'm putting it up until next Monday when I see the Nutritionist. Funny quote.

Thank you for posting this. I hate my scale these days. Up three down two up and down I am so frustrated!!! I am staying off it til next week.
