12 weeks out!!

I've made it past half way to my goal! See that woman that is jumping on my weight ticker that's how I feel today! So excited! Doc expected me to reach onederland by my next appointment which is in 4 weeks. It's possible but I'm skeptical. Regardless I am so happy with my weight loss so far. This is not easy. It's a lot of hard work and commitment but the end results are so worth it.

Congratulations, I'm happy for you.  Just realize - you can be doing everything right and the weight loss MAY slow or even stop in a stall.  It happens to most of us and we get discouraged.  Persevere.  Keep a food diary, measure & weigh, stay on your bariatric plan, exercise.  I hope you have no "snags" but sometimes those "snags" help us to dig in.
