Wow my surgury is sept 3. R u on pre op yet?

I don't go on for pre-op stuff until the 28th.  I'm assuming I'll start liquid then.  Best of luck on your surgery, Antionette and we should keep in touch

Thx Nancy.  Im going to see my surgeon tue so I will hav more details and questions.  He do require his patients to lose weight b4 the diet. So im attempting that phase now.

I had to lose 17 pounds. I was able to do that...I'm actually at 20.  Even with only 20 gone, I'm feeling better!

That's great. Me on the other hand have gained. I quit smoking now it seems like I am hungry all the time. I wlk 3 miles 5 days a week though si now imma do 3 proten shakes water soup and fish and veg and see how it goes
