ANyone else absolutely hate exercise? Lost 172 lbs without it

Maybe you should get  a FIT BIT. It's a type of pedometer but much easier to use. With working long working shifts you maybe getting more exercise than you think. Then on the days you are not working it would give you a goal to work for. Just an idea.
