8 Months post op with a side by side

I am 8 months post op.

I am down almost 130 lbs as of this morning.

I just walked a bit over 4 miles and am feeling great.

Here is my comparison from before surgery and now.

You will notice that now you can see the sink on each side of me, before my body fat was blocking it.

I still have a good bit to lose (just under 100), but I am feeling great.

HW: 440.5 RNY 2/18 (Feb - 27, Mar -21, Apr -11, May -15.5, Jun - 12, Jul -14.5, Aug -9, Sept -11, Oct 6.2)
