Three Months Post Op Pics!
Hey Everyone!
I am hoping you can see these OK. I need to take more official pictures. I am nearing 4 months post op, but these pics were taken at 3 months post op. I am down 91 lbs, and feeling the best I have in a very long time. This was the absolutely best decision I never made for myself, and I would not change it for the world!
I have been seeing a trainer 2x a week and trying lots of other things I've learned I love, like hot yoga and spinning! I can cross my legs now, run after my two year old, and I don't get out of breath walking up the stairs anymore. My 30th birthday is in January, and my goal is to be down 100 lbs! I'm not sure where I'll end up, but I'm very happy at the moment :) For anyone that is considering doing this surgery, do it! But be prepared to do a lot of the work yourself, the surgery won't do it all for you. I post daily (at least during the week) on the What are you Eating Today RNYers post, and it is extremely helpful to have the support of those ladies, and learn what everyone else is eating! I still prefer to eat small snacky meals instead of full on meals with meat. Meat is a tough one for me. Fish goes down just fine but everything else feels so heavy. I am working on this.
You look beautiful! Great job!!!
