Surgery went off without a hitch! I'm in my room now recovering. In a bit of pain from the gas they injected in my abdomen but I'll get through it! Going to get up and walk soon, doctor wants me up within 6 hours of getting up here.

I'm on the loser's bench finally!!

HW: 446 SW: 391.4 CW: 317.0

Congratulations and WELCOME! That first day I came out from under anesthesia, I slept ALL day, and all night. I was out cold. Made up for it with my laps the next two days, and managed 2.5 miles before I was released from the hospital, lol.

Congrats! I hope all continues to go well! Mine is in 2 days and I am starting to get nervous! Reading about surgery that went well is a big stress reliever! I wish you a speedy recovery!
