head hunger vs real hunger
Most people are able to eat more than a spoonful at a time. I started out able to eat probably 1/4 c right off the bat and 1/2 c fairly quickly too. I measure everytime and don't eat more than my measured amount whether I feel full or not. In fact I would say I feel satisfied rather than full now. I got to goal and have stayed there for 20+ months and you will too! Just follow your plan and measure. Make sure you are getting at least 64 ounces of fluid or more because sometimes thirst feels like hunger.
I made it a point to finish an entire water bottle between eating. If I felt hungry and I hadn't finished my bottle that I started 30 mins after the last time I ate, I had to finish the water first AND then wait 30 minutes. A lot of time the hunger went away because it was just head hunger. Bonus was that it upped my water intake big time.

thats a really good idea actually. I have been trying to do that in the morning...no breakfast until i finish one water bottle...but then i slack off for the rest of the day. I am going to really try doing that to get the rest of my water in. THANKS!
