Low carb cracker suggestions?
CRACKers are addictive, and empty calories. Do yourself a favor and avoid them like the plague. I've seen more postops get derailed from crackers than any other food. It's just a bad idea.

Listen to this guy please! I am one of the most "controling about the food I put in my mouth" person in my sphere of friends and colleagues. And I LOSE it around: a) crackers and b) popcorn. It is like my mind and hand arent mine anymore and they keep putting more and more crackers and popcorn into my mouth.
And my pouch never feels full/contented/satiated when I eat crackers or popcorn. So I can keep eating...and eating...and eating...

Three pounds below Goal!!! Yay !
I just made these tonight. Cheese "crackers" I used a very low fat Cheddar (made about an ounce-that was more than enough for my fix)- Pretty Good! and very crunchy. As the recipe states make sure you use parchment paper to bake the cheese on. Credits; Kat who supplied the link in a Dec.2014 Reply
they make great taco shells too!
I used a baking dish lined with foil, laid the baked cheese discs over the sides.. worked out nicely
As a cracker alternative I use a little ground almond meal mix it with butter and parmesan cheese until it's the consistency of playdough then I drop spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet press them flat and bake them at 350 until they are crunchy. They are super easy and not only are they extremely low carb but even have a bit of protein from the cheese. The best part though is that they actually taste good.
