Low carb cracker suggestions?

I'm with Grim on this one...crackers are CRACK.  I can almost eat them in unlimited quantities!  I have found the following ways to get "crunch" in my life:

Pickles (almost calorie free)

Peppers from the olive bar that I put goat cheese in

Kale chips - bake kale with olive oil, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper until it's crunchy

The Good Bean chickpeas (all flavors) but weigh them out - they have good protein numbers but carbs too

Kay's Naturals honey mustard jalapeño protein twists - they are pre-measured into 120 calorie bags on amazon.com (also have some carbs)

Cheese crisps - Wegman's has them that are purely cheese, no wheat but you can make your own in the oven

Turkey pepperoni crisps in the microwave

I was eating Skinny Pop 100 calorie bags for a while but I may or may not have lost control ;)  It is definitely a slippery slope and so I make sure I don't have Wheat Thins or Triscuits or anything in my house.  It's bad enough when they are at a party!  I wish I were one of those people who just has no interest in food since surgery but alas, I still love me some carbs, so I have to make a concerted effort, daily, to keep 'em in check.

Hope this helps!
