I talked to the nurse at my surgeon's office yesterday afternoon. She thinks it is the starting of an ulcer. I am supposed to cut out the caffeine, go back to taking a daily Pepcid, and she gave me a prescription for Zofran.
Hopefully this improves things. I will update over the next week or so.
