get an ice cream maker. Eggface has a lot of recipes for protein ice cream but I've found most any protein shake, either homemade or pre-made can be thrown in the ice cream maker. I have it for dessert most nights.

I dont know why, but Groomy came with an icecream maker. He is diabetic and I really shouldnt be carbing out...so it is good to hear that we can make icecream out of protein shakes.

Taz...between this spiralizer and making icecream from protein shakes, I really really want to cook with you!

Lol, the funny thing is I hate to cook and it's just for me so it seems a waste of time unless I make a big batch and freeze.

For another helpful hint, if you don't already, invest in a vacuum sealer.  Whenever I do get in the mood to cook I freeze all the extras and I have dozens of meals ready to go and they keep forever.

I buy protein shakes then I freeze strawberries and or use sugar-free banana syrup and use the Magic Bullet. . But ice in it and makes a good dessert.
