Surely I'm not the only person who is craving ice cream? I live in Texas and nothing sounds better than an ice cream cone during this hot dry summer heat.

So what do yall do to fix these cravings?

A recipe ad pops up on this site for making Orange cream pops with Vanilla Protein shakes and OJ, they look good.

Also, The World According To Egg face has amazing recipes that are created/adapted for weight loss surgery candidates.  I have made many that even my family have enjoyed.....flavor, flavor, flavor!!!!

Vanilla flavored Greek yogurt is a good substitute for creating a healthy sundae; complete with berries, bananas, nuts, and whipped topping.  If not a fan of yogurt, sugar-free popsicles or try protein-ice-cream recipes easily found on the internet.

I recently tried artic zero and found it refreshing and pretty tasty. I found it at walmart and the pint runs about $4 and had 4 servings at 35 calories and it even has protein. I went to their website to find out the nutritional facts and where to find it. I also like the no sugar added outshine bars.

I make protein pudding pops by making a batch of Jello fat-free sugar-free chocolate fudge pudding with skim milk, mixing in 2 scoops of Unjury Chocolate Splendor, and pouring into popsicle molds. My molds give me 10 pops per batch. It's a great 52-calorie snack with 6g of protein.
