Dumping?

Can a drop in blood sugar without diarrhea be symptoms of dumping syndrome? I think I had my first experience with dumping this week.

There is something called reactive hypoglycemia, or late dumping. I don't think I've ever had real, straight up dumping, but I think I've had RH since surgery. It sucks.

Also, would hard pretzels cause dumping?

They are simple carbs and could/would breakdown quickly into sugar.
