I have been on stall starting at 3 weeks and now going into my 5th.

I insure I have between 80 to 90. grams protein daily, 64 to 80 oz. water, and carbs avg about 35/day.

I know stall is normal, but how long, should I expect.

How many calories are you eating? If your calories are low, you'll lose. It doesn't always happen in a straight line.

Revisions often lose in a different pattern from a first time surgery.

I read on the forums that it can last 3 weeks :( I recently plateaued myself and I feel you. But you had a revision, I would put key words into the forum search and see if anyone else has any info on your situation.

I stalled from week 2 to week 4. It was very frustrating. But then in the last week I've lost 7 pounds. Hang in there!

Good job so far. I have learned that if I focus ONLY on the proper execution of the lifestyle required of me, the stalls will not even slow down the process.

Measuring of calories eaten is as important as anything for me also. It has become a energy exchange only for me. Food=energy. No emotion at all. It's a business decision.

Good luck on breaking your stall. I hope it passes soon.

Thanks all for the support and info.

I do feel great not having VBG any longer and glad for the weight lost so far.

My stall lasted 10 days. I'm sure we are all different; but 'meat week' broke my stall. So, mostly meat and I kept my carbs to less then 20 (for 5 days). I stopped eating fruit. The weight started dropping again. It's frustrating, but you will get through it.
