Don't feel bad,E. I don't own anything white for just that reason. I also had to change my shirt once today because this grown woman spilled coffee!

Listen, if there is tomato sauce anywhere in a 1/2 mile radius, it will end up on my shirt.  I feel you.  LOL

Good morning everyone! Thank you AB for getting us started. I have to say I'm a little upset this morning. I just added up the carbs from all my vitamins and calcium. Dear Baby Jesus with the shiny shirt on!!!!!

Thanks for starting us Anny. I hope all is well with AV.

No more protein bars for me, at least until maintenance. This is day three of no bars and yesterday my appetite was so much smaller! And the scale has started moving again.

Qotd: I joined a gym and had one session with a personal trainer. She was very helpful with lots of ideas, and ideally I would work with her twice a week. She totall kicks my butt. But at $40 a pop, it ain't going to happen, lol. I've been doing water aerobics and walking a lot. I think I will try some of the strength training classes at the gym. I'm doing well with cardio with just walking, but need some muscle work. I like going to classes because I'm motivated to not quit and lay on the floor panting because there're people watching.

Food:

B 2 fried eggs, coffee with cream

L turkey cheese rollup with low carb tortilla, mustard and lettuce

D turkey Italian sausage, pesto, Caesar salad

S Chobani Greek yogurt

Good morning everyone!  Thanks so much for starting us off today Anny. My procedure went well yesterday, but more importantly, I am back to a regular menu. Yay!

Super hot day here today, so it looks like summer is finally back in the Northwest.

QOTD: I am probably the worst person to answer this question.  I don't vary from my exercise favorites much: Zumba, Pilates, typical gym equipment.  When I want something different, I like to exercise with friends, like a walk or a hike.

Time Since Surgery: 20 months

B: Egg Beaters, mozzarella and bacon omelette

S: Light & Fit Greek - Peach

L: white bean chicken chili

S: Boneless, skinless chicken thigh

D: 4 oz ribeye

Totals: Calories 743, Carbs 31, Protein 86

Have a great day everyone!

 Height: 5'7".  HW: 299, Program starting weight: 290, SW: 238, CW 138 - 12 pounds under goal!

Good morning! Thanks for starting the post Anny - hope AV hasn't had a vertigo relapse!

QOTD: Walking - with or without the dogs - and gardening are my main forms of exercise. One of my friends makes her first cup of coffee contingent on the completion of her morning exercise - it's a powerful carrot/stick motivational method that works well for her. But for variety? - sorry, no suggestions to offer except the internet.

B: pork roast

L: ham

D: salmon and avocado

S: chicken nibblers, fruit

Weather continues hot and humid, with no cool breaks in the foreseeable future. This is prime beach novel reading weather!
