QOTD I walk outside when weather permitting or I do walk away the pounds dvd

B egg whites ham as cheese omelet and string cheese 

L cottage cheese,  radishes, and sliced cucumbers 

D ocean perch and corn on the cob

S Greek yogurt with chia seeds, Apple and some popcorn

My exercising is always walking with my boxer Lily,either at a state park or on our local walking path. I do 5k with her in the morning and about 1.5 miles around town by myself after dinner every day. That's the exercise plan for today too. If weather is bad I have a treadmill and exercise bike downstairs I use. I much prefer being outdoors though. Post op 47 months tomorrow and weight at 117.8 after 3 days away from a scale. All that hiking Lily and I did helps for sure. Here's the food for today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz deli turkey and cheese with pickles D 1/2 c chicken salad with 1/2 tomato slices S mission 1 chocolate chip cookie protein bar.  Hope everyone has a great day and I'll try to be earlier to the party Tomorrow!
