Looks like we are all in the "cooling trend".  I think this is your first year since surgery right coming into a "Winter", well get ready for "always being cold," its hard and you will see what I mean soon unless you have experienced it already LOL I might have to ship you some good warm "Canadian Winter" gear to keep you warm this winter! LOL

Thanks for your kinds words

Your answer really resonates with me, although I don't have kids the rest rings true for me too, thanks for that DG.  And YAY on the scale moving!!!  Awesome!

Great menu!  Keep you the great work, I see like me you also love eggs (yummm on deviled eggs lol)

Have an awesome time at the rodeo, hope the kids have fun!

Good morning friends and happy Friday! I went to my surgeon's support group last night, what a waste of time! Never again. There were probably 30 people there, the NUT was pushing eating 1200 calories per day and all that jazz. I was one of 3 that have lost the most weight in the room. Some people were well over a year out...I was sad for them. When I said what a menu looked like for me, the NUT seemed surprised. She said: not many vegetables....no fruit? What about carbs. I simply told her that so far what I was doing was working and that I do not tolerate much fruit well d/t heart racing, etc.

QOTD: I'm more sensitive. I notice it much more than I did before. I won't approach someone, but if someone asks I will certainly tell them what a miracle RNY has been for me.

Look at you!! I love those boots! You were very cute in your before picture, and you're just as cute in your after picture, but now with a hint of 'hubba hubba' thrown in! You've done such a great job! I'm glad you're on this board because you help me see myself in a better place!

Chass I can't begin to tell you how much I had pretty much the same experience with the support group at my Centre, total and complete waste of time! And I too was the only person who had lost all my weight, so sad right,

You look amazing in your after, and yes time to get some new clothes to highlight that amazing body of yours. You are a beautiful woman so your before is gorgeous too and I thrilled for your success so far, keep up the amazing work!
