I know, right? LOL That is the irony of it all. The treats all look amazing and I am just as quick to associate holidays with sweets as every one at my work. I did indeed decide not to make fudge as it really would be just adding to the sea of sugar. Instead I used a mini muffin tin and made little mini meatloaves! They are super cute and protein forward. My co-workers are enjoying them and I think I still feel just as festive for joining into the treat bringing with these as I would have with the fudge.
