I knew you would notice that.
And see the pic with the guy cutting into a round shape meat? That's porchetta. It's pork, obviously, but cooked in a way that I find only in Italy and only at our weekly markets. It's mouth watering and when they give it to you it's only with bread. It's a panino (sandwich) of bread and porchetta and it melts in your mouth.

I've heard of the magic that is porchetta, but I've never had it. And I love that they keep it simple.

Good Morning Queen JB and Meneurs,

That Meme had to happen because she only had hotdog buns left. There is absolutely no other reason in the world to do that. I have seen recipes where they wrap a hotdog in ground beef and wrap in bacon then smoke it (in a meat smoker not rolled up and toking on it.)

Tonight, Mom has her first PT. I hope to get her all organized, so she knows where she is going and what not. Starting on Monday I got it set up that the MediVan will pick her up and take her to PT at no charge to us. I hope she does well with that. I wanted to do gym but it is the same time at her PT. Good lord this is difficult. I am so grateful for my caretaker.

QOTD: I saw some 90's has been band from the at the casino about 2 years ago and the only reason I went to was I had free tickets. I forget who they were. Not that I do not like live music but it is hard on Ron so we just don't do it.

Good morning. Yesterday I piddled around until I was too late to make it my aqua fit class, so I forced myself out on my longest neighborhood walk. 4.25 miles and I was pooped when I made it back to my front door. I behaved in all other departments and enjoyed a couple of hours of reading yesterday afternoon. A good night's sleep and I'm back at it this morning.

Today we have to do a foundation delivery to our son's high school. His main teacher is still there, and will be accepting the donation. He's a really cool dude. Going to be the DJ at our last event in August. I'm looking forward to spending a few minutes with him and his class. After that, it's grocery shopping for the two dinner parties I am having this weekend. Tomorrows has been planned for weeks. Saturday just fell together last night. Love my little neighborhood group.

Oh, and I dropped and destroyed my Iwatch yesterday. Dammmmmmmit. Need to deal with that.

QoTD: Most recent musical was Aladdin a couple weeks ago. Last concert was Gary Allen in December in Vegas.

Bites today

B: egg, bacon and a couple roasted fingerlings leftover

L: maybe out, but if not, turkey and cheese

D: Shawarma chicken, halloumi, onions, tomatoes and a small piece of garlic naan with tzatziki.

Peace Everybody.

Good morning all and Happy Thursday,

Today marks 5 years without a drink. I've been out of the house since 5am. I had an early morning MRI on my neck. I'm at the club currently and brought donuts for everyone to celebrate my 5 years. I brought my usual yogurt and tangerine for me. I'll try to stay away from the sweets though I'll have one at some point. I'm heading to treatment in a couple hours and that cashes the rest of my day.

QOTD- I went to the Black Crowes last Friday. Today, I'm going to purchase Summerfest tickets for up in Milwaukee.

B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine.

L: ?? Something light.

D: ?? Maybe pizza? Wings? Something tasty...

S: Donut or pastry.
