Just want3 to tell you you were right. The first plumbers wanted to cut into the main stack to replace the hardware and toilet downstairs. Now the toilet is probably from the 1920?s. They freaked out over it. Then come yesterday morning and we had to call them to see when they were coming out. Come to find out they wouldn?t send an actual plumber out until March 11th. Yeah?.NO! So we called out old plumbers, whose technicians are all licensed plumbers. They had a cancellation and when the guy came he ran the camera. He then routed out from the main line ant the outside clean out all the way into the house and the main stack. Voila it was fixed. He was awesome! Way more professional and we even are going to sell/give him the old 1970 ford maverick that was my brothers first car. So we are psyched. I say give because he?d come out and haul it off and to us that?s worth it. Anyway, it ended up being so simple and the d bag plumbers can sod off. You were definitely right.

I need to find a yogurt I really like, L&F is good so I should probably stick to that...maybe add some frozen berries when I can. I find those sweeteners you mention also make me feel unwell. A lot of food have been causing a hot flash type response for me. It's really quite odd. I'll have to look at the sf jellies and get some lower carb bread. Right now we are kind of broke since the plumbing bill(long story I'll elaborate on in todays post). I have to eat a little something with my pain med at night(3am) and sometimes I go a little overboard. It's boredom eating since I feel so alone at night. I do much better during the day.
I also should get some bacon...because bacon is always good!

It is fun finding new relatives. Last weekend we were discussing a family name and how it came to be. The name is Anzarina. The first to be named was my FIL's older sister then DHs sister. It is DDs middle name. There are several others in the family with the name. There is multiple stories on the name.

My go to for breakfast is triple zero Greek yogurt, slice of toast with bacon on it. I also make these really good protein pancakes that taste like the real deal. 4 small pancakes are 1/2 of a serving. I use peanut butter in them since I can't have sugared stuff and most of the sf syrups have sweeteners with a laxative effect (think sweeteners ending in ol). I did find a sf jelly from smuckers that is tasty. I remake a weeks worth since they store well and reheat without desire texture or flavor. Here is the recipe:

Glasses have always had a high markup. Even when I was small a $5 frame could cost $50 depending on where you went.
