I do not exercise, mainly because I could not do it for so long. My thyroid was overactive and caused my heart rate to increase to the point that even at rest it would still be in the 120s! and it has taken a few med changes and just plain o'le time for my thyroid and my general health to rebound from the beating it took in 2010. On top of that my PCP was very worried about my continued weightloss and wanted me to stop loosing at 160...problem was even though I was eating every bad thing I could I still lost 20 more lbs. I am trying to build back the muscle mass that I lost but nothing commited or drasitc!
No tricks, but I will say having my familes support did a lot for my morale and when I felt that I couldnt go on, they went on for me and dragged me along for the ride!
