Dang Youtube wouldn't let me respond...kept saying ERROR. Tried 2 browsers...lol. Anyway, thanks for another great video. As soon as I saw the "love to dance" part I was inspired cuz my favorite workout is UJAM. I am sending you the link and the post I was trying to send you below.

There is a new exercise rage in CA called UJAM Fitness. Check it out on UJAMFITNESS.COM.
